Every document comes from live Salesforce data and uses your brand, tax and bank details, and payment terms. It's rendered by one document engine and exported as PDF or DOCX. Templates can be edited without a developer.

Nova reads the full Salesforce Quote: number, subtotal, discount, tax, shipping, contact and both addresses, plus product code, list price and service date on every line. All document types use the same pricing model.

  • Legally usable. Your brand profile holds tax and company registration numbers, registered address, bank details, payment terms and default currency.
  • Long tables print cleanly. Line tables break across pages and repeat their header.
  • Nothing off-brand. If a render fails you see the error. Nova never falls back to a generic PDF.
  • PDF and DOCX. The same data in every format.

Document types

Every document type has its own built-in template.

Each type gets its data from the right place. Proposals read their own saved snapshot, contracts fill in the customer name, and invoices list the actual line items.

Edit a template without a developer.

Duplicate a built-in template and change it: reorder or hide sections, choose a block type for each, set up line-table columns, and insert merge fields from a searchable list. Save a draft, publish it, or roll back to an earlier version.

Typos are caught when you save

One list of merge fields is used by the picker, by validation and by the warnings on each document. A template with a mistyped field won't save, so it never prints with a blank.

Set a default template for each type

In the Defaults tab, choose which template each document type uses. The change applies to every new quote, invoice or contract from then on.
